Jess Winstone Jess started working with our team in January 2011, originally commencing as a Receptionist and slowly working her way up the ladder in the practice. Jess has an astute understanding of legal concepts as well as a natural ability at operation of our practice. Jess handles all Conveyancing matters in our office as well as Will and Estate matters. Jess completed her study through the University of Southern Queensland in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in July 2022, and in November 2024 Jess became the proud owner of Brett Smith & Co Solicitors. |

Brett Smith Brett was admitted to practice in March 1979. Since then, he has experienced just about every aspect of the law and has been in general practice for that entire time. He has been the Sole Practitioner of this firm since 1991. Please feel free to roam our website to ascertain more information on the nature and extent of Brett’s wide range of experience in legal practice. Brett sold the business in November 2024 and is now working as a Consultant on certain matters. |

Zoe Fox Zoe has been a part of our team since 2016, starting with us as a Receptionist. Since then, Zoe has gained a vast range of experience in legal matters to work in a support role to the entire office, assisting with the handling of files and client communications. Zoe particularly loves working in Conveyancing matters. |

Tilly Morgan Tilly is our “Director of First Impressions”, and will greet you when you enter our office or answer your phone call. She has been a part of our team since February 2023 and takes care of our day to day administration, ensuring a smooth operation of the practice at all times. |

Rebecca Sanewski Rebecca joined us in May 2023 and assists with the day to day operations of our office, including assisting with preparing documentation, scheduling appointments and general administration. |
